Prices

In principle, the fee is budgeted on the basis of a fixed hourly rate.

Fixed fee agreements for government contracts or collections are possible.

When working with an hourly rate, this is a pre-agreed rate depending on the nature and complexity of the case, and the urgency of handling the file.

The administrative and file costs consist of the cost of creating a new file, dactylography, printing and copying costs and travel.

The court costs (costs of bailiff, expert costs, translation costs, other costs of third parties) are paid directly by the customer to the bailiff, expert or translation agency.

Since 1 January 2014, lawyers have become liable for VAT. 21% VAT is added to the fee.
